Your first visit to Table Mountain Foot & Ankle is designed to be thorough and unhurried. Here's what to expect:

INSURANCE & BILLING
We accept most major insurance plans.
Our offices accept a wide variety of HMOs, PPOs, and other health plans. Because insurance plans and networks change frequently, we recommend calling your insurance company to verify coverage before your visit — or giving us a call and we're happy to check for you.
Payment is due at the time of service for any copays, deductibles, or charges not covered by your insurance plan. We accept major credit cards and offer online bill pay through our secure patient portal.
OFFICE POLICIES
A few things to know.
Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee.
Arrival
Please arrive 30 minutes early for your first visit to allow time for check-in and paperwork. Returning patients can arrive 5 minutes early.
Records & Privacy
Your health information is protected under HIPAA. We won't release your records to anyone without your written consent.
Language Translation
We offer live video interpretation through AMN Healthcare for patients requiring language assistance. This service provides real-time support in Spanish, ASL, and many other languages.
