The Problem

The Podiatrists Wheat Ridge + Boulder,
Colorado Trust for Active Living

Foot and ankle pain has a way of stealing the things you love most. The Saturday hike. The bike ride to the farmers market. Chasing your kids around the yard. Standing through your workday without thinking about it. You deserve a foot doctor who takes the time to listen. While other clinics treat you like a number, we provide care that focuses on long-term results.

This was my first time at Table Mountain Foot and Ankle. My previous Podiatrist no longer takes my insurance. I saw Raquel Litherland and she was amazing . She took the time to explain what might be going on and was caring, listened and explained so I could understand what all might be going on and the treatment plan. I did not feel like a number, I actually felt like a person.

I've been a patient of Dr. Christina Weber and Boulder Valley Foot and Ankle (now Table Mountain Foot and Ankle) forever. I cannot recommend her and the practice enough. Their expertise, patience, and knowledge are top notch. Dr. Christina and Dr. Yvonne have an excellent staff supporting them. I will not trust anyone else when it comes to my feet and ankles.

Excellent. Dr. Valenti was attentive, professional, and highly qualified to review my case and make an intelligent recommendation that combined his experience with his knowledge. I did a lot of research before-hand, and that also helped our conversation along. But everyone at the practice seemed to be on top of their game.

Why it matters

Another year of pain isn't a plan.

Putting off foot or ankle pain rarely makes it better. It usually just makes the next fix harder. Meanwhile, the life you love — the trail runs, the family walks, the work you do on your feet — keeps getting a little smaller.

You don't have to accept that. Most of the conditions we see have good, evidence-based treatment paths. The first step is getting a real evaluation from someone who's actually listening.

how it works

Three simple steps to get you moving again.

STEP 1

Call to schedule
Pick the office that's most convenient — Wheat Ridge or Boulder — and call to book. We answer the phone. New patients are always welcome, and most insurance plans are accepted.

01

STEP 2

Come in for a thoughtful evaluation
Your first visit is a conversation, not a conveyor belt. We listen to your history, examine what's going on, and use in-office digital X-rays or musculoskeletal ultrasound if we need a closer look.

02

STEP 3

Start a plan built around you
You'll leave understanding your condition, your options, and exactly what the next step looks like. No pressure, no upsell — just steady care.
