About Dr. Still
Dr. Gregory Still is specially trained and an expert in peripheral nerve injuries and pathology. He is an expert in tarsal tunnel syndrome, nerve entrapment injuries of the lower leg, ankle, and foot. Dr. Still is also trained in endoscopic decompression of Morton’s neuroma, nerve grafting for chronic pain of the leg, ankle, and foot, and other uncommon yet complex nerve related problems of the leg, ankle, and foot. He has many years of experience in foot and ankle fusions, joint replacement of the great toe joint, and ankle replacement surgery.
Dr. Still was born and raised in Long Beach, California. He began practicing in Colorado in 199, after receiving his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of San Diego and his doctorate in podiatric medicine (D.P.M.) from the Rosalind Franklin University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois in 1996. Dr. Still completed his podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Whittier Hospital, located in Whittier, California, in 1999.
Dr. Still is board certified in Foot Surgery and Reconstructive Rear Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He has also served as chair of the Podiatric Department at Lutheran Medical Center and is a Past President of the Colorado Podiatric Medical Association. Furthermore, Dr. Still has served on various committees for the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) and was President of Division 4 from 2011-2015. Today, Dr. Still serves on two ACFAS committees. He has also published four articles in the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery and presented a manuscript at the annual ACFAS meeting in 2017. In August of the same year, Dr. Still has specialized training from nationally known surgeon, Edgardo Rodrigues Callazo in Chicago at Presence St. Joseph Hospital on complex peripheral nerve procedures and nerve grafting for the lower leg, ankle, and foot.
Among his other qualifications, Dr. Still has been an attending physician with the Northern Colorado Podiatric Medical Residency Program since 1999. He has also volunteered his surgical skills several times in medical missions to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Since 2008, Dr. Still has volunteered his time once a month at the Denver Inner City Clinic.
Dr. Still is married with two sons. When he has free time, Dr. Still loves fly fishing and also enjoys snowboarding, softball, mountaineering, and surfing.
About Table Mountain Foot and Ankle
Table Mountain Foot and Ankle was founded in 2007 by Dr. Valenti. In 2013, Dr. Still joined the practice and in 2014, Table Mountain Foot and Ankle purchased the Lakewood location of Allied Foot and Ankle. Dr. Dirlam joined the practice as an associate in 2016.
Table Mountain Foot and Ankle has three podiatric physicians and surgeons, who provide comprehensive and compassionate care of the foot and ankle. All three physicians are either Board Certified or Board Qualified in surgery of the foot and ankle. Our podiatric physicians believe in a team approach to healthcare and often work with different specialists in medicine.

What are the most common conditions you treat?
I most commonly treat bunions, plantar fasciitis, neuroma, ingrown toenails, tarsal tunnel syndrome, various toenail problems, foot fractures, and peripheral neuropathy.
What is something you would like parents of pediatric patients to know?
I love seeing kids and have a lot of experience with pediatric foot problems.
What is something you would like young adult patients to know?
If you are a young adult with podiatric issues, I can often keep you active so you do not have to stop exercising altogether.
What is something you would like elderly patients to know?
I offer compassionate care for our elderly patients. We see a lot of elderly patients in our practice for a wide variety of age related foot and ankle problems.
