Having flat feet, or also known as fallen arches, is a very common foot condition. As given away in the name, it is when someone has lost the arch in their foot to the point the soles of their feet can touch the floor.

The ligaments and tendons become stretched and are no longer held tightly together. The most common and obvious solution to this cause would be to lose weight.
